On Arrival -
Follow the directions on your parking voucher and park your vehicle in the arrivals area. From here take luggage, car keys and parking voucher to the check in reception, Don't forget the passports or travel documents! You will then be transferred to the terminal and your vehicle will be parked for you by one of the fully insured drivers.
As with all our parking facilities we suggest that you arrive 30 mins before your check in time.
On Return -
When you arrive at Courtlands they will give you information for your return including a contact number for you to call on your return, when you are in baggage reclaim before you transfer back to the parking compound. Hand in your voucher at reception, retrive your vehicles keys and your vehicle will be waiting for you.
Transfers -
Courtlands parking at Gatwick airport have purpose built courtesy coaches, this transfer service runs every 20 mins 24 hours a day. The transfer takes 2 min to the South Terminal and around 10 min for the North.
Please Note that Transfers run all year to South Terminal and November to February for the North.
Security -
Courtlands hold the Park Mark award for Security for the compound at Gatwick airport, the parking compound is protected by remote security cameras, high security fencing, regular patrols by staff and guard dogs and flood lights.
Disabled Access -
Courtlands buses are equipped for disabled passengers.
Other Services -
Courtlands only transferes to the North Terminal at Gatwick between November and February. The do transfer all year round to the South Terminal. Booking will not be amended within 1 day of travel.
